Suzanne's life seems perfect, but she ran into a problem while living. She was living life happily until her apartment realtor threatened to tear the building that she was living in down. He also threatened to turn it into something else after torn down. The residents that live in the apartment, including Kaaren convinced the realtor to keep the building.
